BALANCING ECHOES , 2009, is a mixed media art installation. The installation is part of A Studio of Their Own, a show curated by Laura Meyers at Phoebe Conley Gallery at California State University, Fresno. Balancing Echoes is constructed of a section of an oak tree under a heart-like painted branch on top. The section rests on an iron disc surrounded by white salt. Hanging in one olive tree near the "sculpture" are circular painted branches with seed pods on one end and fake fur on the other end, hanging in the other tree are painted seed pods with fake fur. ~35' 'x 25' x 20'
